Brand refresh and new website for Story publishing

Lead the conversation.

Suzi and Rupert are journalists with Storytelling at their core, they are also the team behind Story Publishing. Story approached Feelgood Creative to help re-position them as a creative, thought-provoking company that helps businesses find their voice and share stories that connect with their audience, build trust and create positive relationships.

Our Solution

Through a series of Zoom meetings, we agreed on a brand refresh involving visual identity, imagery, tone of voice and messaging. These would then be delivered through a refreshed website, marketing material, lead generation downloads, newsletter and a podcast. The process started with a discovery meeting where we reviewed existing content, looked at competitors’ websites and took the time to find out what was working and where they should focus. Helping create an understanding of the direction Story needed to take.

The result

By creating a new visual style we ensured that Story’s personality was bought to life across all applications in a clear and consistent way. The visual style is supported by new written content focussing on positive change and positioning them as no-fuss, easy-to-work-with experts. A complete overhaul and redesign of the website bring together the visual style and written content, giving Story a powerful marketing tool that clearly communicates to their existing clients whilst connecting with new customers.
