Help us, help you...
The Discover phase of the web design process is all about asking questions and information-gathering. It's our chance to really get to know you, your business and your target audience. What story do you want to tell? What is the best way to tell it? Then, we can discuss the other less exciting stuff like budgets and deadlines.
Time to plan!
We love it when a plan comes together.
The planning of a website design is a critical part of the process. As creatives, we often want to jump right into the design stage, that's where we bring the fun. But, we have learnt that ultimately, research and planning are key to clarifying our objectives for your website. We like to spend a good amount of time on this stage of the process. Spending time on website planning is good investment and will ultimately save you time and money in the long-run. It's all about the content planning, wireframes and site maps at this stage!
Bringing it all to life!
This is where the idea development, planning, wireframes and sitemaps come into their own, forming a strong foundation for our well-considered design and content. We will develop the design from mood boards to working visuals. So, you can be sure to have a full set of final designs to sign off against...meaning no hidden surprises along the way.
Time to get technical
In the build stage we take the design and translate it into code. 'Build' involves the bulk of the programming work and loading content. We keep our code well organized and refer constantly to the planning / design details as the full website takes shape. We will keep you updated throughout the build stage and give you access to review the site along the way. Most of sites are built using WordPress.
The time has come. We have reviewed the site tested it thoroughly for any glitches. Everything is in place...there's only one thing left to do. Launch the site. We'll launch the site on your behalf and check everything is working correctly throughout the 'go live' process. We will then check everything again across platforms and devices just to be sure. That's it... time to celebrate a job well done!
