Julie Williams is the Founder of Lighting Fires, providing Executive Coaching to ambitious leaders, business owners and teams. We have been working with Julie on the Lighting Fires brand for over 5 years. In that time we have built up an excellent understanding of what Lighting Fires delivers and why it is different to the competition. Working with Julie we recognised that the old website was no longer a true representation of her brand and was in need of a refresh. The website needed to demonstrate what it was like to work with a confident, experienced and successful Coach, whilst still having a spark of creativity, vibrancy and energy that is core to the brand.
Through a series of calls and meetings, we agreed that the logo and visual style were still right for the brand. Our focus would be on the website, tone of voice, messaging and imagery. We wanted the tone of voice to be confident, positive and engaging. New website content was written that made it easy to find the information that was right for you. The focus was on guiding people from ‘Why Lighting fires?’, to a step by step guide of the coaching process, and what you can expect from your coach and what your coach will need from you. The process is supported by client stories, downloadable resources and workshops. Reportage style photography was used throughout the website and was key the bringing the coaching process to life. We directed the photoshoot with Julie and colleagues to capture the spirit of Lighting Fires.
